BACKGROUND CHECKS MADE EASIER FOR TNUMC CHURCHES
Our new background check system is up and running. It is important that your church has a current background check, updated every 3-4 years, for each person serving in ministry at your church. This includes both paid and volunteer ministry leaders.
Get started keeping your ministry safe.
To start you will need to register with TRAK-1. With your registration, you will receive two systems.
TRAK-1 is the background check system. The TNUMC conference has paid your start-up fees. You are only required to pay for the background checks you request.
The Smart-TRAK system will help you manage your volunteers and staff as well as know when their background checks expire. You can even record when they received training.

Additional Services with Fees.
Through the Smart-TRAK System you have the ability to utilize online Safe Sanctuary Training. There is an additional fee per training.
